About the Author

I’m Scott Johnston: a graduate of MIT, an electrical engineer, a cyclist, a photographer, a woodworker, a machinist, an amateur software developer, an extra-class amateur radio operator, an unqualified architecture critic, a design fanatic, an urbanist, and a dad.

I have co-founded two tech companies, one in LED lighting and another in industrial X-ray CT scanning.
