They lie! Minus 1000 points.

“Thank you for calling UPS. For—”
“Operator.”
“I’m sorry, I did not understand—”
“Operator.”
“I’m sorry, I—”
“Operator.”
“One moment while I connect you to an operator.”

Not to be pedantic and ruin your fun, but I’m guessing they send you to an operator if there are any three messages in a row that they don’t understand.  So, you probably could just as easily have had this conversation:

%u201CThank you for calling UPS. For%u2014%u201D
    %u201CBanana boat.%u201D
    %u201CI%u2019m sorry, I did not understand%u2014%u201D
    %u201CSchnozzberry.%u201D
    %u201CI%u2019m sorry, I%u2014%u201D
%u201CWhatever you do, don’t send me to an operator.%u201D
%u201COne moment while I connect you to an operator.%u201D
