Down the street from New Bal­ance world shoe head­quar­ters is a big empty lot that recently sprouted a perime­ter fence. A group of sur­vey­ors milled about, prac­tic­ing their trade. I was about to ask, “What’s get­ting built here?” when I noticed that I was rid­ing past a large ban­ner that reads:

Who’s Going to Build Here?

Thank you, ban­ner. But don’t mess with my head like that. The next sign reads:
