Sun­day I dropped by Mas­sArt‘s annual Post-Apocalyptic Hal­loween Iron Pour. The event is run by a stu­dent club called the Iron Guild. It’s a pretty cred­i­ble excuse to book a bunch of loud rock bands, fire up a pair of coke-fueled cupola fur­naces, smash some old radi­a­tors with a sledge­ham­mer, melt them down, and sling liq­uid metal all over the place. I took a few pic­tures to help explain the situation.
